At Solkour, we want getting your order to be as simple as possible.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping

Shipping is a flat rate and charged at checkout based on your order.

Our shipping rates include a small handling and processing margin to help cover the costs of preparing and fulfilling your order.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery estimates begin once your order has been shipped, not when the order is placed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before completing your order. Solkour is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at team@solkour.com so we can help resolve the issue.
